Looking Up Counseling

Counseling That Meets Children Where They Are

When children are struggling—whether emotionally, socially, or behaviorally—it can affect every part of their lives, including their school performance. Counseling at Looking Up is designed to be a safe, supportive space where students can grow, process, and develop healthier ways to navigate challenges.

Jana works with students in a thoughtful, developmentally appropriate way that focuses on understanding the root of challenges—not just managing symptoms. She utilizes play therapy, activity therapy, and talk therapy modalities to help children express themselves and make desired changes.
